Our home base — fastest response times, often next-day availability.

Also covering: Broadbridge Heath, Southwater, Billingshurst, Bolney, Ardingly, Copthorne, Plaistow, Cuckfield, Partridge Green, Washington, Henfield.

Zone 2: Brighton & the Coast

Along the A27 corridor from Worthing through Brighton to Eastbourne.

Also covering: Ditchling, Seaford, Peacehaven, Fulking, Upper Beeding, Upper Dicker, Hailsham.

Kent, Surrey & South London

We visit these areas on a regular schedule — typically within 3-5 working days.

Also covering: Sidcup, Brasted, West Byfleet, Weybridge, Whitstable, Sittingbourne.

We work across a large area, so we organise our schedule by location. This means you get a faster visit on days we're already nearby:

• Monday: Often in the Horsham and Mid Sussex area
• Tuesday: Brighton and the coast
• Wednesday: Surrey and Kent
• Thursday: South London

The exact schedule varies week to week based on demand. The online system shows you which days we're already near you — pick one of those and you get faster service and we spend less time driving.

This is why some days are marked "We're in your area" in the booking system. It's not that other days are unavailable — it's that those days are more efficient for everyone.
